If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or bank account within a certain number of days (usually 5-7 business days).

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different variant, please reach out to our support team with unboxing video proof.
